BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. cooked & drained loose pork sausage (can use 1/2 hot & 1/2 mild) 12 beaten eggs 14 slices bread, remove crusts, butter & cube 4 c. milk 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (or mixed) 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dry mustard Make up the night before; cover and refrigerate. Bake in morning. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less next morning. You can use 1/2 recipe for smaller 8 x 8 inch pan. |
