MINT WAFERS 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 (14 oz.) pkg. white creamy-type frosting
Several drops of peppermint oil

Melt butter with milk in top of double boiler. Add frosting mix, stir until smooth. Cook over rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flavoring and desired food coloring. Drop on waxed paper, swirling tops of candies with teaspoon. Keep candy over hot water while dipping wafers. If mixture thickens, add a few drops of hot water. Cool until firm. Makes 5 dozen.
