SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
1 box butter recipe duncan hines cake mix

Icing:

1 12 oz cool whip
1 8 oz sour cream
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 medium pkg frozen coconut

Bake cake, follow directions on the box, and let cool. Take knife and insert into cake layer at side and split layers. To make icing, mix top 4 ingredients and spread onto the split layers of cake. Sprinkle frozen coconut on top of the layers. Keep refrigerated.
