1/2 pt. sour cream
3 c. sifted cake flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
6 eggs, separated
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, then flour. Whip egg whites and fold in last.

Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°F.
