EASY SKILLET DINNER 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. Cajun style rice and beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
Salt
Cayenne pepper
2 c. water

Brown turkey, bell pepper and onion in large skillet. Add rice, tomato sauce, water, salt to taste and cayenne pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and mixture is thick. Makes 6 servings.
