WALDORF VARIATION SALAD 
4 oranges
4 red apples
1 c. celery
1 (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade

Peel and section oranges into bowl. Add apples, do not peel, slice thin. Add 1 cup thinly sliced celery. Add drained pineapple chunks. Add the frozen lemonade; stir until well coated. Chill well. 8 servings.

Lemonade makes this refreshing. Keeps apples snowy white.
