CROCK POT SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8-10 med. potatoes
6-8 slices ham
1 med. onion, sliced
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. cream of celery

Peel and slice thinly the potatoes and onion. Arrange in layers: potatoes, onion, ham, cheese and mushroom in crock pot. Sprinkle each layer with salt and black pepper. Spoon undiluted soup on top. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low, or 4 hours on high.
