SPINACH QUICHE 
1 box frozen Stouffers spinach souffle, thawed
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 c. swiss cheese, grated
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Sprinkle of pepper and garlic salt, optional

Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl (using only 3/4 cup cheese). Pour into the pie shell. Sprinkle the remaining cheese (1/4 cup) on top of mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 5 people.
