STRING BEANS AND CHEESE 
1 or 2 (8 oz.) cans string beans or fresh
1 can whole tomatoes
Mushrooms (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Olive oil

Drain beans; line bottom of pan; slice whole tomatoes (approximately 5) to make chunks, mushrooms (optional). Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese; top with Mozzarella cheese; sprinkle top with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
