GREEN BEAN 'N' CHEESE TOSS 
1 c. diced celery
No. 2 can green beans, cut
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. grated American cheese

Cook celery, onion, green pepper in butter until tender and onion golden brown. Add salt to green beans and heat; add cooked vegetables to hot beans. Top with grated cheese. Makes 6 servings.
