MUSHROOM RICE 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. rice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 cans of beef consomme
1 medium onion
1 jar Green Giant Mushrooms

Melt butter in a skillet. Add onions and rice. Sauté until brown. Add worcestershire. Stir in chopped mushrooms and liquid. Stir until boiling. Pour into a baking dish and bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour.
