PUMPKIN BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. walnuts

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients well pour into ungreased jelly roll pan or 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool, cover with icing.

Beat all icing ingredients with electric mixer. Spread over pumpkin cut into bars.
