MOUNDS CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 c. water

Mix ingredients together. Blend at low speed until moist, then at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING LAYER:

24 lg. marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) bag coconut
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

About 5 minutes before cake is done, combine filling ingredients in a pan; heat until marshmallows are melted. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Then prepare frosting immediately.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Place sugar, milk, and butter in a pan and boil for 1 minute until melted. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Spread over cake while frosting is hot. Let stand at room temperature a few hours before serving.
