1 box devil's food cake mix (not pudding cake)

Cook as directed on box in oblong pan.

Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 cup milk and 20 large marshmallows. Heat in double boiler until marshmallows are melted. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and 14 ounces coconut and boil 2 minutes more. Ice cooled cake.

ICING:

1 stick butter, melted
4 tbsp. water
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix all ingredients and add 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well and spread on top of cake.
