PETER PAUL MOUND CAKE 
1 box devils food cake mix (or double Dutch chocolate mix)

Bake cake in 2 layers, cool and split into 4 or bake in 4 layers.

FILLING:

14 oz. pkg. coconut
1 c. sugar
30 lg. marshmallows
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix milk, sugar and marshmallows. Heat over low heat until marshmallows melt. Add vanilla and coconut. Let cool and spread between layers.

ICING:

1/2 c. Carnation milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all except butter and vanilla. Boil about 5 minutes or until a soft ball forms in cold water. Add butter and vanilla. Beat and spread on cake.
