1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
12 marshmallows
1/2-1 lb. fine grated coconut
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
Any favorite Chocolate Icing

Make cake by directions on box (3) layers. Cool.

Meanwhile - mix sugar and milk; cook to a boil. Take off burner and drop in marshmallows and stir until melted. Add vanilla and coconut. Let it cool and put between layers. Use chocolate icing on top and sides.
