CRUST:

18 crushed Oreo cookies, fine
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix together and pat into a 9" pan.

FILLING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Cream the cheese until smooth and add milk and stir. Then add eggs, vanilla and stir. Fold 1/2 cup chips in batter, with the other 1/2 cup, add about 1 tablespoon flour to chips until chips are coated and pour on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
