CHOCOLATE SWIRL CHEESE CAKE 
25-30 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream or 1/3 c. half & half
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

With food processor, crush cookies into fine crumbs. Add butter and mix well. Press into 9 or 10 inch spring-form pan. Chill until batter is ready. Melt chocolate and 1/2 cup sugar together and set aside. Cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, beaten after each addition. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Divide batter in half. Pour chocolate mixture into 1/2 and pour into pie crust. Pour plain mixture over chocolate. With a knife, swirl batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; leave in turned off oven with door slightly ajar for another hour. Chill and serve.
