CHOCOLATE SWIRL CHEESE CAKE 
1 pie crust
12 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, beat until well blended. Place pie crust on baking sheet and pour filling into pie crust. Drop melted chocolate into filling. Swirl chocolate with tip of knife. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Chill 3 hours before serving.
