BEST COLESLAW 
Shred large head of cabbage and cover with ice water for 30 minutes. Drain.

1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. finely chopped onion

Beat with rotary beater, then mix into drained cabbage.
