3 sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange marmalade
Marshmallows

Boil sweet potatoes in jackets until done. Peel, mash. Add butter and brown sugar; mix well. Add marmalade and mix thoroughly. Place in baking dish, 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be topped with marshmallows last 10 minutes. Serves 6.
