SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 baked sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
Pecan halves

Remove skins of sweet potatoes and mash with a potato masher. While still hot add butter, honey, juices and flavorings. Sprinkle coconut on top and decorate top with pecan halves. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
