GERMAN RICE DISH 
Cook in 1 1/2 inch water on medium heat:

1 c. rice (Minute Rice)
1/4 c. raisins

Add:

3/4 c. sweet cream
1/2 c. sugar

Add:

2 well beaten eggs
Pinch of salt

Stir up well and pour in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 300 degrees until set (25 to 30 minutes).
