GERMAN RICE PUDDING 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. plain gelatin
1/4 c. milk
1 container whip cream
1/4 c. sugar
2 or 3 tbsp. dark rum
1 pkg. thawed frozen raspberries or strawberries

Mix rice, water, milk and salt; boil and then bring down to a simmer. Cook 15-20 minutes. Mix 1 package of plain gelatin in 1/4 cup milk and the rice then cool. Whip 1 container whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 or 3 tablespoons dark rum. Fold in. Serve with thawed frozen raspberries or strawberries.
