8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
1 large container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 box devil's food cake mix

Prepare devil's food cake mix according to package directions. Cool.

Combine cream cheese and sugar. In separate bowl, fold in Cool Whip and powdered sugar. After both mixtures are combined thoroughly, combine together and chill for about an hour.
