ICE CREAM "WATERMELON" CAKE 
1 qt. each vanilla ice cream, lime sherbet, raspberry sherbet and chocolate chips

Fill a quart bowl with raspberry ice. Add 1/2 package of chocolate chips. (They will look like seeds.) Seal with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Line a large bowl with aluminum foil (a 2 quart bowl is necessary). Spread softened lime sherbet to about 1/2 inch thickness to line the foil. Freeze for 3 hours or more. When this is frozen, spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the sherbet to about 1 inch thickness. Remove the raspberry sherbet from the freezer, remove plastic and insert in the vanilla ice cream. Freeze for 2 or 3 hours. Remove from freezer, turn out of the bowl, remove foil and slice.
