BARBECUE BEEF 
3 lb. boneless chuck roast
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Trim meat. Cut into chunks, place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Shred meat and mix sauce in. This can also be done in the crock pot. Cook on medium for 6-8 hours.
