SWISS STEAK 
3 or 4 lbs. round steak, cut 1 1/2 inches
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 clove garlic
8-10 sm. potatoes
3-4 sm. onions
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Water

Brown steak. Remove from skillet and put into roaster. Place potatoes and onions around meat, pour cans of tomatoes, Worcestershire and Heinz 57 sauces, the garlic, salt and pepper into roaster. Add enough water to cover all ingredients and cook covered for 2 1/2 to 3 hours with lid on roaster.
