3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp)

Let sausage and cheese warm to room temperature. Grate cheese and mix with sausage and Bisquick in bowl. Mix well with hands. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes approximately 100.
