SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
3 c. Bisquick

1. Mix raw sausage and Bisquick together.

2. Mix in the shredded cheese.

3. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

5. Serve hot. Makes 40.

You can freeze these and reheat them.
