EGG AND SAUSAGE QUICHE 
2 lb. hash browns
1 lb. bulk sausage
16 oz. Swiss cheese
8 eggs
2 - 5 oz. evaporated milk
1 can mushrooms
1 diced onion

Press hash browns into 13 x 9 inch pan.

Bake 15 minutes in 350°F oven. Fry sausage. Spread on top of hash browns. Spread cheese on top. Mix together eggs, milk, mushrooms and onions, and pour on top. Put back in oven and bake at 350°F until eggs are set.
