SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) box seasoned croutons
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 lb. mild Jimmy Dean sausage
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Place croutons on bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Cook and drain sausage. Layer sausage and cheeses. Mix together eggs, dry mustard and 2 1/2 cups of milk. Pour over top of sausage and cheeses. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Before baking, mix soup and 1/2 cup of milk. Pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hour. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
