POTATO-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
1/4 c. milk

Brown the sausage in skillet as you would ground meat. Place 1/3 of the sliced potatoes on the bottom of a casserole dish. Spread 1/3 of the sausage on top. Cover with 1/3 of the cheese slices. Repeat the layers 2 more times. Pour in 1/4 cup milk. Cover the dish. Microwave on high 20 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
