CRANBERRY SAUCE HAM GLAZE 
3 c. cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat until boiling. Wait until skin pops on berries. Pour about 1/2 of this mixture over ham before you bake in the oven. With the remaining sauce baste ham during the cooking time.
