CRANOLA 
14 c. oatmeal
2 c. coconut
2 c. wheat germ
2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. honey or brown sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside. Combine the 4 liquids and add to dry ingredients. Mix with spoon until blended. Place in 4 large ungreased pans and spread thin. Toast in slow oven at 225 degrees until dry and brown for about 2 hours. Sesame, nuts, dried apricots, raisin or cut up dates can be added. Best to add fruit after baking - when served.
