SUMMER TOMATO LASAGNA 
4 lbs. fresh tomatoes (8 lg.), chopped to make 4 cups
2 tsp. dry basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. olive oil

Combine all the above ingredients for the sauce. 12 oz. Muenster cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
