COCONUT - SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks whipped butter
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. can coconut
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Cream butter with sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine soda with flour. Add flour mixture and sour cream to egg mixture alternately, beating well after each addition. Stir in coconut, coconut flavoring and butter flavoring. Pour into tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
