CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 chicken, cooked, boned & chopped
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. flour, browned in shortening
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 bunch celery, chopped
2 med. onions
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
6-8 garlic cloves
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 can pimientos, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Prepare sauce, adding 3 cups chicken stock. Cook slowly for 3 hours. Add boned chicken and 1 pound of cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
