MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese

Sauce:

1 can mushroom soup, no water
1 c. mayonnaise (salad dressing if freezing)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (If whole, cut into pieces)
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimentos (small jar)

Pour sauce over the macaroni. Alternate layers of macaroni in sauce and cheese, ending with the cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly hot through. Serves 12. 2 quart casserole.
