1 lg. pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
2 lb. ground beef
2 med. chopped onions
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 cloves finely chopped garlic

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Brown meat in onions and garlic. Add salt and pepper. Mix macaroni and meat, put in casserole and rest of ingredients. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
