SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8-10 med. red potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of onion salt (or minced onion)
2 2/3 - 3 c. milk
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese

Peel and slice potatoes (large slices). Boil until just tender.

Combine and cook until thick, butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk, onion salt and cheese cubes.

Spread potatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. (Add a dash of cayenne pepper if desired.) Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until sauce bubbles. Serves 8.
