SKILLET SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 tbsp. melted butter 4 c. sliced potatoes 1/3 c. water 1 tbsp. onion, chopped 1 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. water 1/4 lb. Velveeta, melted Put butter, potatoes, and 1/3 cup water in skillet; cover. Cook over low heat 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Cook and stir until it thickens over low heat. |
