EASY NO EGGS PUMPKIN BREAD 
5 c. flour
4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 to 4 c. solid-pack pumpkin
1 c. vegetable oil
1 to 2 c. chopped walnuts

Sift dry ingredients together. Blend in pumpkin and oil. Fold in nuts. Pour into small greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Makes 3 to 4 loaves.

Just finished baking this. Scrumptious ... I don't know how my hubby stayed asleep while I was baking!

I substituted allspice in place of cloves because I didn't have any ... But still turned out wonderful.

This didn't turn out for me, I think because I only had turbinado sugar. Sunk in the middle, tossed to the coons. I didn't rate it bad because I'm sure it was me.
