1/4 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla blending thoroughly. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add remaining ingredients; mixing well. Pour into greased 8 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Frost with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 lb. powdered sugar.
