3 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. carton Cool Whip, defrosted
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies

In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and cream cheese. Add milk, a little at a time. Beat until mixture is smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Blend whole cookies with their filling in a blender or food processor. Break cookies up if necessary and process until fine crumbs result. Layer the pudding and cookie crumbs, beginning and ending with crumbs. Refrigerate.
