PRALINE ORANGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. freshly shredded orange peel
1/3 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. broken pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well together the sugars, flour and salt in a large saucepan. Gradually add the water, orange peel, and orange juice. Cook mixture until clear. Add marshmallows and butter. Cook and stir until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat. Add pecans and vanilla.

Serve warm over ice cream.
