CHICKEN ALA' ORANGE 
4 boneless skinless breast of chicken (cut in half)
Flour as needed
Oil as needed
4 oz. orange juice concentrate
4 oz. pecan halves
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cinnamon
4 oz. brown sugar

Dredge chicken breasts in flour shake off excess. Saute lightly in oil. Remove from pan. Add remaining items to pan let reduce to a thick sauce. Add fresh orange slices and return chicken to sauce to complete cooking. To richen this dish up you may add whole butter to the sauce before service.
