GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
5 eggs
1 can coconut
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in milk, coconut, nuts and pineapple, cracker crumbs and baking powder. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.

ICING:

1 stick melted butter
1 c. well drained pineapple
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix together and put on cake while warm.
