3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Mix together with fork in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
