CRAZY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. hot water

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and sour milk. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with hot water. Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. For sour milk - 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar to 1/2 cup milk.
